Our new booking platform builds on the success of our previous system, but brings along with it vital new functionality including instant pricing and real time transit times on a huge range of UK & International parcel and freight delivery services.
In a matter of seconds, you can now enter your shipment details, obtain a live price and delivery date, book the shipment and have a carrier label in hand ready for us to collect. Of course, you’ll still benefit from the same reliable daily collection and door-to-door customer service that you usually get.
The system also offers new features such as a CSV bulk order upload tool, which will accept and import data from your ERM, eCommerce or order management system regardless of it’s format. This means without having to manipulate any data, you can quickly upload your shipments with a few clicks, generate shipping labels in bulk, and eliminate the need to book on shipments individually. We also have the option to integrate your system with ours to fully automate your order & despatch process end-to-end. As if that wasn’t enough, we have worked closely with local Sussex based website design and digital marketing agency Youbiquity, to design and build our new website.
The upgrade brings improved design and user experience to the site, with a huge amount more information on the freight and parcel delivery, warehousing and pick and pack services we offer. The new website is mobile-optimised, meaning you can easily access that information and login to your online account from any device with total ease.
We have also launched our new blog, which will feature company updates and industry insights designed to help you continually improve your business logistics and adapt to continually changing global environment.
Our online expansion is mirrored by the upcoming launch of an additional warehouse in Sussex that will enable us to increase our capacity across all of our services, including outsourced fulfilment and storage.
